In this study students and parents; The aims of the Science Art Centers (BİLSEM) and the negative effects of the BİLSEM on the social and cultural development of the students were investigated. In addition to issues such as the contribution of the students to the success of the formal education schools that the pupils continued, the ideas of BİLSEM 's trainings on formal education were tried to be analyzed. In this research, 'Semi-structured Interview Method' was used as qualitative research methods. In the analysis of the obtained data, "Content Analysis" method was used. 20 teachers benefited from the notes taken by face to face interview with 50 students and 50 parents. As a result, it has been observed that the students are privileged to be BİLSEM and behave accordingly in the society. Parents also expressed that they were very pleased and carried on their support. BİLSEM, a contemporary education and training system, is the ideal education and training institution for teachers, students, and parents.
